Sycamore Community School’s mission is to be empowering, innovative, inclusive, accountable, and relationship-driven. As part of this mission Sycamore has been a food waste reductions leader educationally and operationally for years.

In order to continue having an increasingly positive impact Sycamore is excited to invite community residents to subscribe below and bring compostable food waste from home to district food waste compost drop-off stations where it will be composted rather than landfilled along with the school’s cafeteria waste.

Use

For subscribed members only. $10/mo with one time $20 bucket delivery fee upon sign up. Once you’ve signed up online look for your bucket in the mail within 7-10 business days and watch your inbox for an email with more information.

Drop-Off Station Notes

In order to help us plan routine services please signup for a primary home station. However, Sycamore compost station members are invited to drop-off at any of Sycamore’s four district locations as needed.

NOTE: ONLY Montgomery Elementary is available for drop off while school is not in session.
